Our Process

The Pre-Built CMS Kits service solution is a collection of pre-programmed and pre-designed templates for the ExpressionEngine web publishing system. The templates are customized to reflect your marketing and communication needs.

1 : Discovery and Budget Planning

• Are Pre-Built CMS Kits for you?
• Find the Pre-Built CMS Kit(s) you need.
• Contact us for a free budget estimate and to schedule a demo.

2 : Consulting and Design

• First we discuss and gather your communication and marketing requirements.
• A custom, professional look and feel is then designed, based on pre-built HTML/CSS templates for faster styling and implementation.

3 : CMS Implementation and Training

• The approved design and Pre-Built CMS Kits are implemented on your web server. The kits include sample content to help you get started.
• A two-hour web conference is scheduled to train your website editor on the ExpressionEngine CMS. (The CMS includes a detailed online help system.)

4 : Pre-Launch Publishing

• Option One — Your website editor publishes the website content. (We’ll be there anytime if s/he has questions.)
• Option Two — We do it for you. (At an extra cost.)
• After you approve the content, the site becomes live .

5 : Website Maintenance

• Even though you can now publish content by yourself, we are there to help you whenever you need it: content publishing assistance, CMS and kits upgrades, ExpressionEngine CMS support, etc.
